Each year hundreds of in-house counsel from Bay Area technology and life science companies gather together for a full-day MCLE conference and banquet luncheon, where individual experts and panel discussions provide timely updates in areas of the law critical to in-house practice in the high-tech sector.
Ivy Associates presents the annual All Hands Meeting in coordination with the Silicon Valley Association of General Counsel, an association of chief legal officers from more than 100 leading technology companies.
This all-day MCLE conference is open to general and staff legal counsel and to other in-house executives, professionals and paraprofessionals (e.g., licensing executives, HR professionals, contracts managers, paralegals).

PLUS
Special Subjects Live Presentations and Video Program
Attendees at the All Hands Meeting have the opportunity to attend one-hour video presentations in each of the required California MCLE Special Subjects: Legal Ethics; Elimination of Bias in the Legal Profession; Detection/Prevention of Substance Abuse or Mental Illness. A pair of screening rooms offers a rotating choice between two of the three special subject areas during each video program segment.
So that attendees do not need to miss regular-track presentations at the All Hands Meeting (and for attendees who need more than one hour of Legal Ethics), a separate expanded program - the All Special Subjects Meeting - will offer 6 hours of live presentations in the required special subject areas on the day before the All Hands Meeting. Registrants from SVAGC-member companies can attend the All Special Subjects Meeting at no additional cost if they register during the Early Registration period;
registrants from non-member companies can attend for an additional charge.
